Delivery Times
These times may be longer during sales, Black Friday, Christmas, or special promotions.
We work hard to deliver your order within 2-6 business days after it leaves our warehouse.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed on the next business day, with delivery times extended by 24 hours.
Orders with express delivery have a delivery time of 24/48 business hours, as we do not offer weekend delivery service.
After payment, you will receive a purchase confirmation email. Within the next 24 hours, the carrier will send you a notification that your order has been shipped. This email will contain detailed instructions for reviewing and tracking your order in real-time.
We will do everything possible to deliver your order within the established times, but we cannot be held responsible for delays due to reasons beyond Navigo Cross's control.
Once your order has left our facilities, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your shipment. It may not be updated when you receive the confirmation email. Don't worry; it will be available within a few hours. You can also find the tracking link by clicking on your order in your user profile.

Minimum Order
We do not have a minimum order for the countries we ship to (see table).
International Shipments
If your order is going to a country outside the European Union, it may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other charges due to national and/or customs laws. We will ship your package under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. This means that Navigo Cross will be responsible for delivering it, but will not assume customs duties or national taxes.
The recipient of the order will be responsible for all customs duties related to the import of the product (even if they refuse the order). Please, if you are sending products from the Navigo Cross website to a resident of the European Union, make sure they are aware of this.
Additionally, due to customs reasons, the order may experience some delays.
Returns
To process a return, go to the Help section of the website, click on I have an issue, and then on I want a return.
Remember that you must request the return within 30 days of receiving the order, and all items to be returned must be in perfect condition, with tags, and without having been washed or used.
Any return requested from a country outside the European Union must be made and paid for by the customer. This includes transportation costs and import duties of the destination country (Spain), which must be deposited within 30 days from the date of purchase of the product. Once the customer has paid both costs and we have received the product at our warehouse under the conditions established above, we will refund any pending balances.

Delivery Location
Delivery will be made to the address provided in the order. If there is no one available to receive the package at the time of delivery, a second attempt will be made, during which the carrier will contact the number provided in the order.
To avoid possible delivery problems, we recommend providing a very detailed address, confirming each detail, and ensuring that the provided contact phone number is functional.
For shipments in Spain, you can redirect the delivery of your order to a Parcel Shop of our carrier's network. You will receive an email from them where you can manage the delivery at the nearest Parcel Shop/Convenience Point.
Holidays and Weekends
Holidays and Weekends: Our order preparation hours are from Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. In addition, the days of the year when our warehouse does not prepare orders are:

Any order placed outside of regular hours or on a holiday will be processed on the next business day.
